Service Provision and Booking
We are committed to delivering professional services including photography, equipment rental, and accommodation. All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions. Our team maintains the right to adjust or modify services based on safety considerations and unforeseen circumstances. Advance reservation is required for all services, and confirmation is subject to payment completion.
Payment and Cancellation
Full payment is required at the time of booking through our accepted payment methods (credit card or bank transfer). Our cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 2 days before the service date. Cancellations within 2 days of the service date are non-refundable. In cases of force majeure, such as airport closure due to severe weather, cancellations may be accepted with proper documentation.
Equipment and Property Usage
Our equipment rental service includes professional delivery and collection. Users are responsible for inspecting equipment upon receipt and reporting any damage immediately. Compensation for damage will be charged at repair cost, or at a 14-day rental rate for irreparable items. Property usage must comply with our no-smoking policy, quiet hours, and guest registration requirements.

While we strive to maintain high service standards, KouKi is not liable for personal belongings, accidents, or injuries during service usage. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for equipment rental and personal safety.

All content, including photography, website materials, and brand assets, is protected by intellectual property rights. Usage or reproduction requires explicit permission from KouKi.

These terms are governed by Japanese law, with jurisdiction in Hokkaido, Japan. Any disputes will be resolved through amicable discussion where possible, with legal proceedings as a last resort.
